E-discussion on Corporate Social Responsibility in Asia and the Pacific, April 2005

Leading up to the second Asia-Pacific Business Forum to be held 13-15 May 2005 in Bangkok, Thailand, UNESCAP and the World Bank Institute (WBI) in collaboration with the United Nations’ International Trade Centre organized an international E-discussion on “Corporate Social Responsibility in Asia and the Pacific”. The objective of the two week e-discussion (from April 24th to May 1th) was to engage a wide range of stakeholders from various professional and geographical backgrounds and solicit their expertise and opinions on CSR in Asia, in order to identify key opportunities, constraints and priorities for action.
