16 Aug United Nations Global Compact’s local network for Bangladesh, January 2009
RBI attended the event at Hotel Sheraton, January 26th, in which UN Global Compact’s local network for Bangladesh was launched. The speakers in this event expressed that the progress in this endeavor requires the support and involvement of many other key stakeholders, and that the role of business through socially responsible business practices is increasingly being felt. Ms. Ambreen Waheed from RBI participated in the event telling about her experiences on Global Compact’s local networks.
